Grants and contributions disclosure
AstraZeneca believes it is important to be open about what we are doing to make a meaningful difference to patient health.
We believe in providing information to the public about our company, our products and how we do business as part of our commitment to corporate responsibility and to improving patient health.
In 2008 we started publishing biannual reports of our contributions to nonprofit organizations. We use contributions as our umbrella term for financial support to nonprofit organizations contributing to the public good (e.g. donations, sponsorships and partnerships).
We also started publishing biannual reports of our independent medical education grants to educational provider organizations in 2008.

Contributions to nonprofit organizations
Each contributions report contains an alphabetical list of the nonprofit organizations (requestors) that have received the contribution, along with a brief description of the sponsored program/project and the funded amount.
Please note: The project descriptions provided on this list are based on the information given to AstraZeneca by the organizations that received support.
Independent medical education grants to educational provider organizations
