AstraZeneca has been chosen as one of the 2013 Working Mothermagazine’s 100 Best Companies for the 12th consecutive year.

Rising 14 spots from 2006, AstraZeneca is ranked number 12 out of 100. This recognition by Working Mother magazine underscores AstraZeneca’s commitment to supporting our employees and their families through work-life effectiveness, child care and diversity programs.

AstraZeneca received one of its highest ratings for our Child Development Center, ranking 2nd out of the 100 companies for childcare programs. Additionally, Working Mother praised AstraZeneca’s commitment to a healthy workforce, promoting solutions to keep people fit such as free nutrition counseling, wellness coaching, medical screenings and an on-site fitness center.

Working Mother also noted our efforts to help employees manage the demands of work and personal life by encouraging work-life balance conversations between managers and employees.
