Topher Brooke


Diane serves as Vice President, Market Access & Patient Strategies, responsible for leading the Managed Markets team in the US Business.

Prior experience

Diane has extensive managed care experience in both Primary and Specialty Care, as well as diverse leadership in both the pharmaceutical industry and technology organizations.

Most recently, Diane was Vice President, Specialty Care Payer & Channel Group at Pfizer, where for the past four years she led the US Specialty Care Strategy for payers, managed care organizations and specialty pharmacy managers across six brand franchises.

Before that, she was Vice President of Marketing, Health Systems, at Wyeth, where she led an integrated strategic plan by focusing on growth strategies that targeted the top 20 customers that accounted for 80 percent of US lives. She also spearheaded efforts to improve payer marketing capabilities that led to the approval of a Payer Center of Excellence.

Prior to joining Wyeth, Diane was Executive Director, Worldwide Business Development and Strategy at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in the Consumer Healthcare Business. At GSK over 12 years, she held leadership roles in managed care, brand marketing, new product development, acquisition integration, licensing, strategy and marketing capability development. She was also selected as a Rising Star by the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association.

Diane began her career at IBM and was a member of the team that launched IBM’s entry into the Health Data Networking business. While there, she graduated from IBM’s intensive two-year marketing and account management training program – IBM’s customized version of an MBA program.
