Responsibilities
Christie leads the North American Corporate Affairs and Government Affairs teams and the Washington, D.C. office. She is a member of the US Leadership Team, the Global Corporate Affairs Leadership Team, and the North American Governance Committee.
Prior Experience
Most recently, Christie served as Head of Federal Government Affairs and Policy where she led the team responsible for AstraZeneca's external engagement with Congress and executive branch agencies and was responsible for federal and state policy issues.
Prior to this, Christie led AstraZeneca’s Policy and Executive Branch Advocacy function and was a partner in the life sciences practice of the law firm Hogan Lovells in Washington, D.C., building on her many years of experience as an attorney in private practice. Christie also served as Senior Director, Federal Government Affairs, with AstraZeneca in Washington, D.C.
