AstraZeneca patient assistance programs

What can a pharmaceutical company do to help people afford their medicines? A lot!

At AstraZeneca, we believe it’s not enough for us to simply make medicines. We have to help make sure that the people who need those medicines have access to them. It’s why we’ve offered patient assistance programs for more than 35 years.

AstraZeneca has programs that may help you meet your needs. Learn more about the suite of AZ&Me Prescription Savings Programs.

You can also call 1-800-AZandMe (292-6363), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM ET, with any questions regarding our programs, eligibility requirements, or the application process.

If you are seeking assistance with CAPRELSA® (vandetanib), please call 1-800-367-4999. Please read full Prescribing Information, including Boxed WARNING for CAPRELSA.

If you are seeking assistance with MYALEPT™ (metreleptin) for injection, please call 1-855-669-2537. Please see US Full Prescribing Information and Medication Guide for MYALEPT, including Boxed WARNINGS about the risks of anti-metreleptin antibodies with neutralizing activity and lymphoma, and Instructions for Use.

Our ongoing commitment

Since 1978, we’ve worked hard to better understand the needs of patients and the health care system so that our patient assistance programs can make a difference. In 2013, AstraZeneca provided nearly $975 million in savings to more than 567,000 patients in the United States.

We’re committed to helping people get assistance affording their medicines—whether they’re our medicines or those made by someone else. It’s why we also participate in multi-manufacturer programs like the Partnership for Prescription Assistance and support other organizations with the same goal—increasing access to medicines as well as health care.
