If you take any of our medicines, and you can't afford them, you may be surprised to learn that there's someone you can turn to who may be able to help: us. We understand that one program does not fit all situations, so AstraZeneca has a number of different programs to help meet your needs.

You may qualify for one of the AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings programs if:

You have been prescribed an AstraZeneca product.

You have a Social Security number, green card, or work visa.

You do not have prescription drug coverage OR you are enrolled in Medicare Part D and have spent at least 3% of your annual household income on prescriptions this year.

Your yearly household income does not exceed the following:

| Total Monthly Income | up to $2,500 | up to $3,333 | up to $4,166 | up to $5,000 | up to $5,833 |
| Total Yearly Income | up to $30,000 | up to $40,000 | up to $50,000 | up to $60,000 | up to $70,000 |
